Vendor selection for product develop and manufacturing phase  through uncovering information about excellence among vendors

1. Inclusive –include the  excluded ones ( out –in) and disseminator/pollinator  (in-out)

                   —  transforming agenda

                   —  changing criteria

                   —   developing new indicators

1.         D.          Leader who allow to be led

              Remember what you liked when were led

               Hear heart rebel when your mind advised patience

               Not all good ideas can come to one person, even you, no matter how smart you are
