Attended national innovation council first meeting today chaired by sam pitroda, shekhar kapoor shared his very irreverent approach to learning, i liked that, Dr Mashelkar was emphatic as usual about reducing the learning lags. why does it take so long to implement simple ideas in India. Why are we so patient with inertia in India?
